General Information


RWE ONLINE SERVIS is a web-based application designed to let you administer all natural gas- or electricity-related issues directly from your computer. You can use RWE ONLINE SERVICE to display an overview of your customer account and administer your customer and contract information.

RWE ONLINE SERVIS is always available free of charge at http://os.rwe.cz.

Features offered by RWE ONLINE SERVICE

  • My Account – use this section for an overview of all your offtake points, including detailed information on each location, with the option to add and administer additional offtake points under each consumer category.
    If you have more than one customer number or offtake point, please click on "Add customer number" in order to administer all offtake points via a single account.

    The following information is displayed under "My Account":
    • Contract and Contact Data – an overview of your contract information and contact details, including the schedule of your payments, details on individual offtake points, your customer number, details on meters and tax information. For electricity supplies, here you will find information on the product and distribution tariff (applies only to Household and Small Business categories).
    • Invoices – an outline of already paid / unpaid invoices for the past five years (customers with monthly billings for the past 18 months), including due dates, the most recent payments and the amount of overpayments/outstanding payments. Previews for all invoices are also available.
    • Advance Payments – a list of all advance payments already paid / unpaid, including due dates and dates of payment.
    • Other Payments – a list of other payments (in addition to those in the advance payments’ schedule), including the dates of these payments (down payments).
    • Reminders – a list of advance payments or invoices not paid, broken down into types and specific offtake points, including reminder notice previews.
    • Offtake Points with Discontinued Supplies – a preview of customer information for terminated offtake points for the period of six months following termination of a bundled natural gas/electricity service contract or natural gas/electricity supply contract.

    Customers in the Business, Key Account category will also find the following information under the "My Account" section:

    • Natural Gas Prices – here you can find detailed information on individual components of natural-gas prices (commodity price, fixed transportation fee, natural-gas delivery structuring price, distribution price, price for other delivery services).
    • Meter Details – here you can find an overview of all delivery points, all information on your offtake point, your customer number, meter details, information on taxes, etc.
    • Internet AVE – here you can get information on the amount of natural gas consumed at individual offtake points. Depending on technical conditions at a particular site, data can be displayed with up to hourly precision.
    • Consumption Data – here you can find an overview of natural gas consumption at individual offtake points for a given period. This feature also allows you to compare the agreed-upon consumption with the actual gas consumption, shown clearly in a chart, with export options using xls or pdf file formats, and features to display maximum daily consumption rates in specific months, including the dates on which these maximum values occurred.

 

  • Online Administration – this section is designed to administer your basic contract information and to address your requirements online.

    You can perform the following via the "Online Administration" section:
    • Electronic Invoicing Request - using this service, you can completely eliminate traditional paper invoices. Our electronic invoicing service is not only environmentally friendly, but it also saves you time. A digital signature is appended to each electronic invoice, which makes it a perfectly legitimate tax document.
    • Change Contract Data – here you can modify your name, change the business name or registered office (both for entrepreneurs and legal entities), change contact details or terms of payment, including the amount of advance payments (Household and Small Business categories).
    • Claims or Complaints Registration - the quickest and easiest way to file a complaint – anywhere, anytime.

 

You cannot transfer the contract for bundled natural-gas supply services to a different person/entity by changing the data in the "Online Administration" section. In this case, please, visit our contact point personally.

  • The Business, Key Account category can use the "Online Administration” section to perform the following:

    • Request a Copy of an Invoice – to get a copy of an invoice already issued, either by e-mail, regular mail or fax.

 

RWE ONLINE SERVICE also provides the following features:

  • RWE ONLINE SERVICE Access Validy Termination – using this feature you can terminate your access to RWE ONLINE SERVICE; your registration will be deleted.
  • My Requests – for viewing all your requests made via RWE ONLINE SERVICE.
  • Account Administration (for the Business, Key Account category only) – here you will find a list of persons authorized to access RWE ONLINE SERVICE.
