Customer number: mandatory customer identifier used for the customer’s communication with RWE. You can find your customer number in the customer heading of your invoice ("Zákazník č." field).

User name: mandatory data chosen by the customer. The minimum user-name length is six characters; the maximum length is 10 characters. User names can only include alphanumeric characters, i.e. digits or letters with no diacritical or accent marks. No special characters are allowed.

Activation code (applies only to Household and Small Business categories): mandatory data needed to resolve change requests under the "Change Contract Data" section. This eight-character activation code will be generated automatically for you based on your activation request made via the "Change Contract Data" option under the “Online Administration” section and dispatched to your permanent address by registered mail within seven working days. The activation code expires after 60 days from the date of making an activation request. If you fail to enter your activation code within this period, you need to make a new request for activation in the manner described above. A new activation code will be generated and dispatched to your permanent address by registered mail. E-mail: mandatory field used for the customer’s communication with RWE ONLINE SERVICE.

Date of birth: this field is mandatory for Household customers only. It is an important field for customer’s identity verification. Please enter your date of birth in this format: DD.MM.YYYY or DDMMYY or DDMMYYYY.

Company ID: mandatory field for Small Business customers and for Business, Key Account customers. The eight-digit Company ID is an important field for verifying the customer’s identity.

The verification code is used for security purposes, providing protection from web robots. Please enter your answer to the question.

Acceptance of terms must be confirmed prior to dispatching a request for sending customer password. This is a mandatory field required by the law. By making this confirmation, you are granting your consent to the collection of personal data. Your data will not be provided to any third party, nor misused in any other manner.

Password information is generated and sent to customers by e-mail. It is recommended that you change your user password upon the first successful login.

Only three login errors are allowed. Data that you enter during registration are subject to checks. If you make three login errors (by entering incorrect data), your registration will be blocked.
