New User Registration

Before using the RWE ONLINE SERVICE application, you need to register online at the portal’s URL: http://os.rwe.cz

To register, please choose your customer category. By clicking the category name you will access the applicable electronic registration form asking you to complete all of the required fields. You need to fill in all these fields to complete your registration successfully.

To register you need to enter your identification data (customer number, date of birth or Company ID for the Household or Small Business categories; business name, Company ID and name for Business, Key Account category), plus contact e-mail address and user name of your choice. Online help is provided for individual fields of the registration form.

You only perform registration once; after you register successfully, you are authorized to access the RWE ONLINE SERVICE application for the commodities (natural gas, electricity) that are supplied to your site.
