How to Activate Online Administration

The "Change Contract Data" section is designed for the purpose of changing your basic contract details, such as first and last names, business name, address or payment terms.
For security reasons you need to make a request to activate these services; please see the "Change Contract Data" option under "Online Administration" section.
After clicking the "Submit activation request" button, a new eight-character activation code is generated automatically and dispatched to your permanent address by registered mail within seven working days. Please enter this activation code to the applicable activation field via the "Change Contract Data" option under the "Online Administration" section, and then click the "Activate" button. You only use this activation code once; upon entering this code, all application features will become permanently accessible to you for all commodities (natural gas, electricity) supplied to your site.
Activation code validity period
The activation code expires after 60 days from the date of making an activation request. If you fail to enter the activation code within this period, you need to make a new request for activation in the manner described above. A new activation code will be generated and dispatched to your permanent address by registered mail. For the date of making an activation request, or the date of "Online Administration" service deactivation, please see the "My requests" option.
