The RWE group has approved a comprehensive aid scheme aimed at customers living in the Regions of Ústí nad Labem and Liberec who off-take natural gas and had been hit by the floods. RWE will not charge the payments for distribution and other services, and will delay customers’ advance payments. Following the immediate financial support, RWE is also sending material aid to the people from the six most affected municipalities – new domestic appliances.
