Logging into the Application

You need your user name and password to log into RWE ONLINE SERVICE application. The user name is chosen by each customer at the time of registration. The user password is generated automatically and sent to the customer by e-mail. It is recommended that you change your user password upon the first successful login.

Lost or forgotten  password, new e-mail address
In the event that you lose or forget your password, please click the "I forgot my password" button located on the login form of the RWE ONLINE SERVICE application. A new password will be generated and sent to your e-mail address immediately. If you enter an invalid username/password combination three times in a row, your account will be blocked for 20 minutes.
